Coming Home to You

This 8-week virtual group explores body image and disordered eating recovery within the trans experience.
For those that identify as non-binary or trans, this group will be a place to process your body story, reflect on gendered experiences as they intersect with body image, deepen and liberate our understanding of health, and connect with community.
The group is open to all genders, ages 18+. Start date coming soon.
Group Session Fee: $90 for a 90-minute session

Baring it All: An Exploration of Sex, Food, and Body Image

Feeling at home in our bodies is one of the hardest parts of eating disorder recovery, and nowhere does that show up more than in our intimate lives. Many of us have spent years trying to hide: keeping the lights off, keeping as much clothing on as possible, holding our stomachs in and holding our breath. When we’re that deep in our heads, it’s nearly impossible to be present with a partner, let alone enjoy ourselves.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. We’re offering a group for adults navigating the place where body image, recovery, and sex meet. Together, we’ll work on quieting the self-criticism, being more present in our bodies, and making room for pleasure.

Sex Work & Intimacy Group
Facilitated by Sophie Talmadge Silleck, LMSW
A virtual group for current or former sex workers 18+ who struggle with intimacy of any kind in their personal lives as a result of the job. This will be a space where participants can speak openly without judgement or stigma that people often attach to sex work.
Open to anyone who identifies as female or non-binary. This group is currently on a waitlist. Start date and time to be determined.
