New Group Offering!
Parenting and Caretaking Small,
Spicy-Brained Humans
(ADHD and/or ASD)

Are you a parent looking for support in raising a kiddo with ADHD and/or ASHD? We have a group for you!
Community support, psychoeducation, and therapeutic processing group for parents of kiddos with ADHD and/or ASD
Join one of our ATC therapists, Sophie Kuhn Bedaña, on an eight week adventure where you will learn more about yourself, your kid, and the way their brain works.
We get it; being a parent with a kid whose brain is a little different can be challenging. It can impact your relationship with your kids, their experience at school and with peers, and your own relationship with yourself as a parent.
If you have the tools to understand both yourself and your kiddo though, you can co-create a relationship that is supportive and nurturing for you both.
Why understanding your kiddos’ brains as parents of ADHD and/or ASD kiddos matters:
🧠 because everyone’s brain deserves to be accommodated and supported in its own unique ways… and for those of us with “atypical” brains, it’s even *more* important
🤝 because you might not just be dealing with your kiddos’ brains, but also yours and/or your partner(s),’ and the interaction of them all
🪴 because sometimes we need help with being the “good enough” parent, and that’s okay
🍄 because by approaching your kiddos’ brains in an affirmative way, you help them build resiliency to the outside world
If you’re looking for a space to spend time with parents in similar situations as you where you will receive psychoeducation, therapeutic support and processing, and individualized approaches, this group may be right for you! Available to residents of New York State.
